Shipping

 

Our products are usually shipped within a week of order. In case of a delay we will inform our customers immediately. Customized designs might take a little longer. All our product ships from Mexico, and import duties and taxes may be apply in your jurisdiction and will be collected by our carrier UPS. Note: During import to the US, US sales tax of aproximately 30 dollars are due and will be collected by UPS.

 

Warranty Returns

 

We offer warranty on parts an labour for a period of 90 days after delivery. If possible and acceptable by you we will send you any parts needed for repair and instructions to conduct such repair. If preffered you can return the item to us (see returns) Due to the custom nature of our product, our  refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

 

Non Warranty Returns.

 

Loudspeakers that are built to custom design including our ART&BØLGE and RADICALLY YOU! series are not eligible for returns other than warranty returns. Customers of "stock speakers" are eligible to return their item within 1 week of delivery no questions asked. To be eligible for a return you must send the item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all manuales, accesory etc.

 

We can only accept returns in the original packaging including all protective materials. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is a warranty return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you ask for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item for reasons that our out of our control.

 

If you don not like our product for reasons other than warranty and it is not a custom design and it is eligbile for a return, you should mail your product to: KVART & BOLGE SAPI de CV, Avenida Vallarta 6461-14, Ciudad Granja, Mexico. US customers have the possibility to return to KVART & BØLGE Inc. 616 Corporate Way Suite 2-5988, Valley Cottage NY 10989, United States of America.

 

There are certain situations where no  refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

• Items with obvious signs of use.

• Any item not in its original condition including all packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

The refund will be aplied through the method of payment that you have chosen. Paypal payments will be refunded throught he Paypal system while Amazon payments will be refunded through Amazon. You will receive a confirmation from either of these companies once the refund is applied. 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We very occasionally offer returned items at a 50% discount "as is". At this point only one customer has returned an item to us, but if you would like for us to let you know if such sale item becomes available, you may contact us through this website.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
